珍妮花厨房 · 彩虹猪肉饼

写这篇文章,其实是因为很饿,然后想起还在读书时住宿舍,为了省钱而时不时就自己下厨。但现在租人家的家,没得煮了,还真怀念下厨的时候。。
因为我有自己煮吃的习惯,所以老林认识我之后就开始被我养得肥肥黑黑(他有赚啦!)每次都会弄个三菜一汤给他,而且偶尔还弄点有些难度的来吃下也爽, 因为我不想窝在热热的厨房里弄得满头油烟之后,出来的成品却不满意。。为了令厨艺进步, 不是就打电话问妈妈,或自己去买食谱,或是请教朋友(告诉你们哦,子绣可是厨房高手哦)!。。所以咯,我家老林想不肥都难,哈哈!

这是其中一道弄过的菜 《彩虹猪肉饼》

材料:
猪肉碎, 马铃薯, 红萝卜, 大葱, 沙葛, 玉米粒, 鸡蛋

调味料:
胡椒粉, 盐, 玉米粉/炸鸡粉

做法:
1. 猪肉碎加入少许盐和胡椒粉, 腌大约15-30分钟
2. 用热水将马铃薯烫至软, 去皮,再压成马铃薯泥
3. 红萝卜,大葱和沙葛切丁, 用热水烫熟, 捞起备用
4. 锅加入油, 待热
5. 将猪肉碎, 红萝卜, 大葱, 沙葛, 玉米粒, 加入马铃薯泥搅拌均匀, 掏起一汤匙的分量搓成球形, 再轻轻压扁
6. 将弄好的猪肉饼沾点蛋白, 再沾满玉米粉, 就可以放入微热的油锅中,用小火煎至金黄色, 捞起滤油
7. 就可以开饭啦~

这道《彩虹猪肉饼》的材料并不会很难, 只是制作过程有点多工, 但他却很爱点这道菜, 没关系啊,代价就是要帮手这么简单而已嘛。。
